766bet Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "these Terms" mean these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time by 766bet in accordance with the amendment provisions set out below.

Use of the 766bet platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account or placing any bet, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 766bet does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, place bets, or access any real-money feature of the platform under any circumstances.
• You are acting as a private individual on your own behalf and not as a commercial agent or professional bettor operating on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 766bet or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or data suppliers.
• You have not previously had a 766bet account closed or suspended due to Prohibited Conduct, and you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

766bet employs automated and manual age-verification processes. Where an account is found to have been opened by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after verification of ownership.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of 766bet is lawful in their own jurisdiction. 766bet operates as an international platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific country. You acknowledge and accept that you bear full responsibility for compliance with local laws applicable to you.

To access real-money features of the 766bet platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 766bet account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Any winnings generated across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 766bet recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling any two-step verification (OTP) features made available on the platform. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access your account.

You agree to notify 766bet immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 766bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where the breach results from your failure to maintain credential security, your sharing of credentials with a third party, or your failure to promptly report a suspected breach.

766bet reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. The platform also reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation from any registered user at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations.

All financial transactions on the 766bet platform — including deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are denominated and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied by 766bet at any stage of a transaction.

Accepted payment methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 766bet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Where a payment method is removed, any existing balance held in that method's processing pipeline will be rerouted to an alternative method approved by the User.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 across all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 across all payment methods.
• Deposit processing: Mobile wallet deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one business hour during standard Bangladesh banking hours (Sunday through Thursday, UTC+6).
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to fully verified accounts via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

766bet reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where a verification request is outstanding, where the account is under investigation for suspected Prohibited Conduct, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative real-money balance after accounting for pending bonus wagering requirements. In all such cases, 766bet will communicate the reason for the delay to the affected User within a reasonable timeframe.

Deposits must be used for betting purposes only. 766bet does not operate as a payment processor or financial institution. Any attempt to use the platform as a mechanism for currency exchange, money transfers, or any financial activity unrelated to legitimate betting activity constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in account closure.

By placing any bet on the 766bet platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules governing betting activity and game conduct:

Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at 766bet's sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. In the event of a system error, network failure, or communication breakdown during the bet placement process, it is your responsibility to verify via your account bet history whether the bet was successfully recorded before assuming placement.

Odds and markets: Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. 766bet reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without notice, including in-play markets. If a market is suspended at the moment a bet is submitted, the bet will not be accepted and any staked amount will be returned to the account balance.

Bet settlement: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or game provider. For cricket, settlements are based on results declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), or the relevant domestic league authority. For casino games, the game provider's certified RNG result is the sole authority for settlement purposes.

• Bets on cancelled or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets on events where the result is already known at the time of placement are void.
• In-play bets accepted after the official completion of an event will be voided regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.
• For live casino games, the result displayed on-screen within the game interface at the end of each round is final and binding.

Maximum winnings: 766bet reserves the right to impose a maximum single-bet payout limit. Where applicable, the limit will be communicated within the relevant market or product section. Any winnings in excess of the stated maximum may be adjusted to the maximum payout limit, with the excess amount not credited to the account.

766bet offers various promotional programmes to new and existing users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms disclosed at the point of offer.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the offer terms. The default wagering requirement, where not otherwise specified, is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of the staked amount. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Slots contribution rates vary by provider and title. Specific contribution rates are detailed within each offer's terms.
• Bonus validity period: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds and any related winnings will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus abuse: 766bet actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin betting, arbitrage betting across markets, bet cancellations, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where abuse is detected, 766bet reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be combined. Only one active bonus promotion may be held per account at any given time.

766bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to a promotion will not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are actively being wagered, except where evidence of abuse is identified.

As a condition of using the 766bet platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times and to refrain from any conduct that falls within the definition of Prohibited Conduct.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and any subsequent verification request.
• Keep your account information current and notify 766bet promptly of any changes to your personal details or payment methods.
• Use the platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional rules published in relation to specific games, sports, or promotions.

Prohibited Conduct includes, without limitation:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in a manner that confers an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are subject to forfeiture.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information provided to 766bet.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction via your payment provider without prior agreement from 766bet.

Closure by the User: You may request closure of your 766bet account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with their respective outcomes, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days of receipt.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period of a specified duration. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible, marketing communications will be suppressed, and reactivation will not be permitted until the exclusion period has expired and a mandatory cooling-off review has been completed. Closure by 766bet: 766bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The User has engaged in or is suspected of Prohibited Conduct.
• The User has failed to complete a verification request within the required timeframe.
• The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Continuing to maintain the account would expose 766bet to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The User is found to be under the age of 18.

Effect of closure: Upon account closure, all access to the platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to any ongoing investigation or verification requirement. These Terms & Conditions survive account closure with respect to any obligations, representations, or disputes arising prior to the date of closure.

Amendments to these Terms: 766bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
